The first Italian address of Domaines de Fontenille hotelier duo Frédéric Biousse and Guillaume Foucher, the Hotel Pieve Aldina is located on the Chiantigiana, the famous wine route between Florence and Siena. A total of 22 rooms open onto the Tuscan countryside, immediately immersing you in the spirit of antiquity, as you enter the hotel, where you are greeted by a gigantic bust of Juno.
The experience continues at Le Rondini restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional dishes revisited by Chef Niccolò Pini, such as Panzanella tradizionale or Pappa al pomodoro. L’Enoteca, meanwhile, takes you back to the Italy of the 50s, offering fresh pasta, cheese and charcuterie, all accompanied by the finest Chianti wines.
