A green oasis in the 16th arrondissement, the legendary Saint James is located on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne, just a stone’s throw from Avenue Foch. Completely renovated by interior designer Laura Gonzalez in 2021, the hotel’s 46 rooms and suites, Guerlain spa (the only one in Paris), restaurant, terrace and bar-library reflect the codes of the grand hotels of yesteryear.
In terms of gastronomy, the Bellefeuille restaurant, which has been awarded a Michelin star, is led by chef Julien Dumas, for whom the talent of producers goes hand in hand with the nobility of products. He sources his products from fishmongers, breeders and market gardeners he knows well, and grows fruit and vegetables in the Saint James organic kitchen garden in Seine-et-Marne!

• The Villa Saint James apartments, which combine the comfort of a luxury hotel with the intimacy of a private home. But the Villa can also be booked for up to 12 people.
