Former 18th-century farmhouses restored with rare precision, these twin hotels each boast 11 rooms and suites, designed as cocoons of calm. One sits on a hill overlooking the sea in sun-warmed white sandstone, the other nestles in a valley of typical red stone. In between: an enchanted forest, paths lined with olive trees, free-roaming animals, and that intoxicating feeling of being alone in the world.
