For food lovers who want to discover the wonders of Central France’s terroir through the committed, local cuisine of two-starred chef Christophe Hay.

Located on the banks of the Loire, this 19th-century edifice built by order of Gaston d’Orléans opened on June 13, 2022, to become chef Christophe Hay’s new 5* hotel, following the closure of La Maison d’à Côté.
It includes two restaurants: L’Amour Blanc, which will offer French gastronomic classics, and the “Christophe Hay” restaurant, the heart of the project, with a cuisine that is inspired by the surrounding natural environment. The hotel also features a grocery store and a patisserie kiosk, so that guests can extend their experience by taking away products from the chef’s garden.
