The place has no shortage of assets, its spearhead being its gastronomic restaurant, La Maison Coussau. Awarded 2 Michelin stars since 1971, the restaurant is led by Chef Jean Coussau and his niece Clémentine, and pays tribute to the Landes region through exceptional seasonal produce. Keen to promote sustainable gastronomy, he works exclusively with local growers, breeders and fishermen.
