    Former 18th-century farmhouses restored with rare precision, these twin hotels each boast 11 rooms and suites, designed as cocoons of calm. One sits on a hill overlooking the sea in sun-warmed white sandstone, the other nestles in a valley of typical red stone. In between: an enchanted forest, paths lined with olive trees, free-roaming animals, and that intoxicating feeling of being alone in the world.

    Here, you can dine with your feet in the grass or under the stars, alternate between treatments, yoga, llaüt walks and siestas around the pools, and enjoy flexitarian or vegetarian cuisine by chef Joan Bagur.
